A magic shop.
A debt.
A holiday romance that’ll leave you spellbound.
Adrian Sibley, Briar’s resident witch and local apothecary owner, is counting on a quiet, yet bountiful Yule season. Until long-lost bad boy Carter Monroe stumbles back into town––and into Adrian’s shop, destroying half his stock in the process.
Obligated to work off his debt, Carter agrees to help Adrian over the holidays. But between the lingering shadows of Carter’s past and Adrian’s protective charms, the air is thick with more than just frankincense.
As snow falls on Briar and old sparks begin to fly, Carter is terrified he isn’t worthy of the witch who’s captured his attention, and Adrian is starting to wonder if the most powerful magic in his shop might be emanating from the man standing right in front of him.
With Yule fast approaching and Christmas right around the corner, something mystical is brewing in Briar. But is Carter ready for love or merely enchanted? And is Adrian chasing something real or falling under a spell of his own making?
A magical, heartfelt, queer holiday romance that will leave you spellbound and the first release from new LGBTQ romance imprint Tiny Ghost Hearts.
“Every scene was so beautifully vivid, so filled with magic, it felt as though all I’d have to do is hold out my hand to catch Briar snowflakes on my fingertips.”
-JJ Mulder bestselling author of SCU Hockey Series
“I stayed up way past my bedtime because I couldn’t put the story down. I was captivated by the characters and the evocative writing that really gave me a sense of place. And there’s relatable queer rep with the ring of absolute authenticity. Wynn’s melancholy holiday romance is truly special, ultimately joyous, and a definite must-read.”
-Leslie McAdam author of Undone
"'Tis the Season to be Spellbound casts a spell of tenderness, understanding, and warmth around the reader. Wynn deftly weaves explorations of life post-incarceration, recovery from familial abuse, and queer identity through a festive, twinkling atmosphere that manages to be profound without getting heavy handed. This book belongs under every Yule tree and deserves to be savored with a mug of wassail in hand."
